I think your final movie poster is really good Luke..It has a clear genre and target audience and you have used many conventions. To improve this I would suggest:
Using a background image which is a little less blurry.
Adding more jobs / names to your credit block to make it at least 3 lines long so it looks more like a traditional credit block
