Gaming Magazine

- A typical image for a front page is something relating to the genre of the magazine, so for example if it is a shooter-gaming magazine a screen shot of a gun or someone with a gun would be suitable.
- I would say the average price for a magazine is around £4-6.
- A lot of magazine have a prize such as 'Win a Xbox 360 with Free Live and Games' or 'Win a Trip to EA'
- These magazines have a load of articles about the latest games out or reviews on a new game.
- again the colours used have to relate to the game, so for example a pony ride to rainbow land would be a lot of pinks, yellows and oranges.
- Around 100-200 pages gaming magazines have in them.
- Maybe a demo or a picture of a new release or previous competitions winners. Also the price, date issued and the title of the magazine.
- Things that appear on the contents page are certain pages referring to reviews, game content and previews on the newest game coming out.
- On a double page article there are images of the games, reviews on the game like how it is, graphics, story line and so on. It has around 2 big images and 3 little ones, it is laid out as 1 big one on each page and two little ones on each page. The font size ranges from different size so, the title is big and main content is small. it gives an overall verdict on Graphics, Sound and Lifespan out of ten.
