It has all of these channels:

PSB is important because it gives us a range of different channels that all the great British public to enjoy.
For license fees:
I think it is good that we have license fees because if we didnt we would not be able to watch and listen to the latest media is.
Against license fees:
We shouldn't have them because it costs money and some people don't have the money.
