What I did in Media (Photoshop)

I got rid of the wrinkles by using the Patch Tool and just drew around the wrinkles and moved that wrinkled area to another area of clear skin. I learnt how to do it by our teacher showing a demonstration

    Well done. it looks as though you have also used the Spot Healing Brush as well! Good work.
